A Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax adviser and founder member of the West End chapter of the VAT Practitioners Group, Irit has over 20 years experience in VAT. She has clients in property, education, high net worths, the leisure, media and medical research sectors, as well as other industries and not for profit organisations. She built up one VAT practice for Hacker Young to be headhunted by PKF in October 2000 as partner heading up the national VAT practice, where she developed a European VAT network. She enjoys working with clients demystifying the technical barriers, making sure tax does not get in the way of the deal and that opportunities for savings or refunds are highlighted.

A Chartered Tax adviser and a member of the International Tax Planning Association, Mark has over 15 years experience of advising on complex tax structures. He specialises in providing individually tailored tax solutions for non UK domiciled individuals, as well as in-bound investment into the UK through offshore structures. From Deloitte in Guernsey, he moved to London as Director for RSM Robson Rhodes in the Tax Structuring and Private Client team. Recruited to PKF as Private Client Partner heading up the Personal Tax team, he worked closely with Irit on diverse international projects as locum International Tax Partner. He regularly lectures for Lexis Nexis. His Tax Planning for Non-UK Domiciliaries, Non Residents Investing in the UK, and Tax Planning using Trusts are published in Tolley's Tax Planning.
